NAMRIA officially started its observance of the 121st Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with a virtual programme on 06 September 2021.  The Civil Service Commission carried Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes as its decade-long theme for the annual celebration.  The theme focuses on the developments and innovations made by the government for a more resilient public service.  As Lingkod Bayani, civil servants are recognized for their positive contributions to the country during the COVID-19 pandemic.
